Training includes isolation and earthing procedures, verification of load conditions, synchronization considerations when applicable, and precautions to prevent arcing, back-feeding, and equipment damage. Emphasis is placed on safe switching practices, maintaining continuity of power supply, and ensuring the protection of personnel and electrical systems during switching operations.
