Participants will master the management of over 20 distinct incidental discharge categories—including ballast water, bilge water, graywater, and mandatory Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants (EALs). The training focuses on filing Notices of Intent (NOIs), performing routine visual inspections, executing precise annual reporting, and understanding the ongoing regulatory transition toward the Vessel Incidental Discharge Act (VIDA) to avoid severe financial penalties.
