Corporate Management Systems (ISM / HSSE Integration)

This course examines the strategic integration of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code with corporate Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) frameworks. Participants will learn how to unify isolated shipboard safety tasks into a single, cohesive Safety Management System (SMS) that drives corporate accountability and operational excellence. The training covers internal auditing, risk assessment workflows, incident reporting, and continuous improvement loops, giving shore-based managers and senior officers the tools to cultivate a resilient safety culture and maintain compliance across a modern fleet.
