Participants learn how to aggregate incident reports, audit findings, and near-miss data to identify underlying safety trends and recurring operational risks across a fleet. By focusing on establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring the lifecycle of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and verifying that implemented solutions effectively eliminate root causes without introducing new hazards, the curriculum equips safety officers and quality managers with the tools to transition from reactive troubleshooting to a proactive, data-driven safety culture.
