Continuous Improvement & Fleet Management Review

This course covers the strategic evaluation methods, high-level reporting frameworks, and systemic analysis protocols required to execute annual fleet management reviews and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Participants learn how to aggregate and synthesize data from internal and external audits, safety KPIs, incident investigations, and environmental metrics to assess the overall performance of the Safety Management System (SMS). By focusing on identifying systemic operational gaps, re-evaluating corporate safety policies in light of emerging regulatory changes, and allocating resources for long-term preventive strategies, the curriculum equips senior executives, Designated Persons Ashore (DPAs), and quality managers with the tools to translate data-driven insights into sustainable, fleet-wide operational enhancements.
