Master the innovation frameworks, business incubation methodologies, and grant funding mechanisms required to transform novel ideas into scalable enterprises using national and EU support instruments. This course covers business model innovation (Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup), intellectual property management, national co-financed operational programs (NSRF/ESPA), European funding architectures (including Horizon Europe, Single Market Programme, EIC Accelerator, and Erasmus+), and the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). You will develop the strategic and operational capabilities needed to conduct feasibility studies, identify targeted funding calls, draft highly competitive grant and subsidy proposals, build transnational consortia, formulate compliant project budgets and work packages, navigate European digital submission and reporting portals (such as the EU Funding & Tenders Portal), and oversee post-award administrative and financial project execution in full compliance with public audit standards.
