This course covers PC and server hardware assembly and troubleshooting, Windows and Linux operating system administration, TCP/IP networking fundamentals, routing and switching configuration, wireless network deployment, and basic cybersecurity and firewall management. You will develop the technical capabilities needed to diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions, configure local area networks (LAN) and virtual local area networks (VLAN), set up secure IP addressing schemas and DHCP/DNS services, execute system backups and disaster recovery protocols, troubleshoot enterprise connectivity issues, and maintain hardware and software inventories to ensure high availability and optimal performance across organizational networks.
