Master the diagnostic screening frameworks, inclusive pedagogical strategies, and differentiated instructional techniques required to identify and support adult learners with specific learning difficulties (SpLD) and neurodivergent profiles. This course covers the cognitive, behavioral, and linguistic indicators of dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, and executive dysfunction in mature education and workplace training contexts. You will develop the professional capabilities needed to conduct preliminary educational needs assessments, adapt curriculum materials and assessment modalities to eliminate learning barriers, implement assistive learning technologies and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, foster supportive and stigma-free learning environments, and collaborate effectively with specialized multidisciplinary diagnostic services.
