First Aid Awareness

This course provides essential knowledge for recognizing and responding to medical emergencies on board. Students learn basic first aid principles, how to assess an injured or ill person, manage common injuries, control bleeding, treat burns, and respond to shock. The course also covers the use of onboard medical equipment, communication with medical support services, and the immediate actions required to stabilize a casualty until professional medical assistance is available.
