This course covers traditional predictive models (Waterfall, PMBOK, PRINCE2), adaptive and iterative frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), and hybrid delivery methodologies. You will develop the strategic capabilities needed to define project charters, construct Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Gantt schedules, calculate Earned Value Management (EVM) performance metrics, identify and mitigate project risks, manage multi-stakeholder expectations and procurement lifecycles, lead cross-functional project teams, and utilize industry-standard project management software to track deliverables, control change requests, and ensure consistent project alignment with organizational objectives.
