Sea Survival Techniques

This course provides essential training in survival skills required during maritime emergencies. Students learn how to respond to abandon-ship situations, use life-saving appliances, don lifejackets and immersion suits, and safely board liferafts. The course covers survival strategies, hypothermia prevention, distress signaling, search and rescue awareness, and methods that increase the chances of rescue. Emphasis is placed on practical skills, preparedness, and complying with maritime safety standards.
