CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This policy governs all payments and refunds made through the website www.ath.edu.gr owned and operated by Athens Technology Hub (Tax ID EL802212682, Piraeus Tax Office, Address: 52 Gounari & 39-41 Ethnikis Antistaseos, 18531 Piraeus, Greece).
- Right of Withdrawal: The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from payment, provided that the service has not yet commenced. Once access to the online learning platform or material delivery has started, no refund is available.
2. Refund Procedure: Requests must be submitted via email to info@ath.edu.gr and will be reviewed within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not applicable for courses that have already started, for e-learning materials, or for failure to attend without prior notice.
4. GDPR Compliance: Transaction data is processed exclusively for payment execution and legal compliance, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Athens Technology Hub is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The collection and processing of personal data comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

5. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Greek Law, and any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Piraeus, Greece.
