Participants learn how to conduct systematic peer-to-peer observations, analyze the environmental and psychological triggers behind everyday habits, and provide effective, non-punitive feedback to reinforce safe working practices. By focusing on data-driven tracking, root-cause analysis of habits, and worker-led safety committees, the curriculum trains team members to take personal ownership of their actions, transforming safety from a top-down management mandate into a collaborative, daily workplace culture.
