This course provides the compulsory safety skills required for all seafarers under STCW. It covers personal survival techniques, fire prevention and firefighting, elementary first aid, and personal safety and social responsibilities. Training prepares participants to respond effectively to onboard emergencies, use lifesaving and firefighting equipment, administer initial medical care, and work safely and responsibly as part of the ship’s crew.
