Confined Space Safety Awareness

175,00

This course covers the fundamental safety principles and hazard recognition required for any personnel working near or inside confined spaces, which are enclosed areas not designed for continuous human occupancy. It focuses on identifying invisible atmospheric dangers—such as oxygen deficiency, toxic gas buildup, and explosive vapors—alongside physical hazards like engulfment or mechanical entrapment. The training teaches participants how to interpret gas detector readings, understand the roles of the entry supervisor and standby attendant, and follow strict communication and evacuation protocols. Ultimately, it builds the vital safety awareness needed to prevent workplace fatalities by ensuring no one ever steps into a confined space without proper testing, authorization, and a clear emergency plan.
