It guides personnel through the step-by-step creation of a Job Safety Analysis (JSA), breaking down a specific job into distinct steps, isolating the potential safety risks of each step, and applying the Hierarchy of Controls—elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and PPE—to mitigate those risks. The training places massive emphasis on building a proactive safety culture, ensuring that team leaders and crew members can collectively spot hidden dangers, assess the probability of accidents, and establish a clear, documented safety plan for high-risk operations.
